City, O' City - an ode, a lament City, O' City is a café in the european sense of the word - we're open all the time, from early in the morning until late at night, and we do a little bit of everything. We're a place to hang out, eat, read a book, have a drink, run into friends... and we're vegetarian! We are committed to providing an alternative to your typical Denver bar and cafe, and we do that through providing delicious vegetarian food. Just check out our menu and our weekly specials.

City, O' City is also unique because we make everything from scratch. We try to use local, organic ingredients as much as possible. Our potatoes are always colorado-grown and organic, and so is the flour in our pizza crusts. We want to give credit to our suppliers, but we also know that it's not about how many farms you list on your menu. We're not into greenwashing our business practices; we're dedicated to building a truly sustainable restaurant culture here in denver.

We also focus on serving craft products: not the run-of-the-mill food and drink that you can find anywhere, but high quality-not-quantity goods from small producers who think of their products first and foremost as a craft and not a commodity.

City, O' City has become a bastion of Colorado microbrews. Our liquor and wine selections are carefully curated to contain spirits that are unique, high-quality and accessible. Our bartenders know what they're talking about – ask them for a recommendation.

The City, O' City coffee shop has some of the most skilled and friendliest baristas in Denver - ask anyone. We do our best to dispel the rude barista stereotype. The coffee we brew is roasted by Pablo's on 6th, another local favorite, who is committed to sustainable farming practices. Pablo's roasts our espresso blend, B612, exclusively for us.

City, O' City is also about people. The people who work here and come here are really what make this place special. Come in on a busy night when the restaurant is full and people are spilling out onto the sidewalk and you'll understand. There's a wonderful sense of community here – the artist whose work is hanging on the walls comes in for coffee in the mornings, and on any given day, you might see your middle school teacher, your bank teller and the lead singer in your favorite local band. We've created a diverse, inclusive environment in which to enjoy good food and drink - come join us!
